Bradford Aquino is an executive finance leader that has more than 20 years of experience in medical device industry.  Since 2020, he has been the Chief Financial Officer of RTI Surgical, a global, industry leading surgical implant supplier that develops and designs new product, provides processing and manufacturing services in tissue and metals.  RTI serves OEM partners across a diverse set of market segments, including but not limited to Dental, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Sports Medicine, Spine, Trauma and Urology/Urogynecology.  Prior to joining RTI Surgical, he served as the Vice President of Finance Operations, Quality and Regulatory at ConMed Corporation, a  global medical device company, from 2018-2020.  Before his role between 2016 & 2018 as Vice President of Finance and Human Recourses at CableLabs, a research and development thinktank in the Cable industry, he served in various senior finance roles at ZimmerBiomet, from 2002-2015.  Throughout his corporate career, Mr. Aquino has been successfully involved with over 15 acquisitions and divestitures ensuring value creation through the successful integration or spin-off of strategic assets.  He is known for developing and leading high-performance teams through visionary leadership that grows peoples’ careers and personal aspirations.  Mr. Aquino began his career in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1999 to 2001.  Mr. Aquino has held positions throughout his career in Singapore and Switzerland as well.  He earned an MBA from the University of Notre Dame in 2013 and  Masters in Accountancy and Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Manchester University in 1999 and 1998 respectively.  He also obtained the CPA (inactive) designation.

Most important, Mr. Aquino is a husband to Andrea Aquino & father to five children, Madalyn (19), Avery (18), Hannah (15), Landon (13) and Carter (10).  In addition, he is currently involved with many community organizations including board positions at a liberal arts college, a presidential advisor at a liberal arts college, a board member for an at-risk youth organization in his hometown.  Finally, he does most of his critical thinking while riding mountain bikes with his friends throughout the world, or when it’s really critical, he rides solo.
