Ed Banos

Ed Banos is the Chief Executive Officer of UP Health System Marquette. Prior to his arrival in Marquette, Ed was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Good Shepard Medical Center in Texas. He has also served in administrative roles in hospitals and health systems at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pa., and Tenet Health Corporation. Ed holds an MHA in Health Administration from Armstrong Atlantic State University and a BS in Health Records Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Health Related Professions.
