Terry Woychowski

Terry J. Woychowski joined the Link Engineering Company in January, 2016 as the Vice President of the North American Test Operations group. Prior to joining Link, Terry served at AAM beginning in 2013 as Senior Vice President, Advanced Engineering & Quality. Prior to joining AAM Terry spent more than 33 years with General Motors Company (GM), where he held numerous senior management positions including Vice President, Global Quality & Vehicle Launches, Vice President, Global Vehicle Management, and Global Chief Engineer Full Size Trucks & Executive Director. Terry is also the founder and CEO of the Woychowski Charitable Company. Terry was elected to the position of the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Michigan Technological University where he has recently served as the Chair of the Academics Affairs Committee, the Leadership Committee and the Tech Fund.

Woychowski began his automotive career with GM in 1978. His earlier roles from 1978-1997 included several Engineering and Manufacturing assignments with increasing scopes of responsibility.

Throughout his career, Woychowski has gained broad global experience and cultural intelligence while running a global business, working with international partners and developing/integrating quality systems across all international markets. Terry has also participated in many cross cultural mission trips with his church to places such as Albania and Haiti. Terry also is the owner of the TITLE Boxing Club located in Brighton Michigan.

Woychowski received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and attended the Global Executive Development Program at the Duke University School of Business. He was awarded his Doctorate in Business Management, honorus causa, from Indiana Wesleyan University in December 2003.
