Al Bloniarz is Executive Vice President responsible for Sales, Marketing and New Business Development for Systems Control, a business in Iron Mountain.A native of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, Al was born and raised on a Dairy Farm in Perronville, Michigan, which has molded him and his strong belief in the value hard work and relentless pursuit of accomplishing the next challenge. Al is a graduate of Lake Superior State University with Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. For 13 years Al was employed by a Major Defense Contractor (Lake Shore Inc.) holding various positions including Senior Project Manager and eventually Director of Sales and Marketing leading the execution of major Defense projects including: Underway Replenishment at Sea Equipment both domestically and Internationally, Air Craft Carrier Salvage Cranes, Towed Array Systems for Submarines and above deck / below Deck Machinery for the Mine Countermeasure Ships.  Al has spent the last 21 years of his career with Systems Control helping formulate and lead the strategic direction and execution which began with a very humble start in a small 30,000 sq. ft. panel shop in January 1999. This has now grown into North America’s leader in the design and manufacture of engineered solutions that enable the reliable delivery of energy to the world. Systems Control operates out of a state of the art 403,000 sq. ft. facility in Iron Mountain, Michigan.  Al and his wife Sandy have been married for 36 years and reside in Iron Mountain, Michigan.
